    Pros

    L.L. Bean employees are well taken care of, from the comprehensive and forgiving training program to the great benefits offered.

    Cons

    Manufacturing work is repetitive and after a while can become dull. Some days pass quickly while others drag on.

    Keep up good personal relationships, they have a positive effect on an employees attitude.

    Group interview, simple questions, either hired on spot or told no. Not much else to say, questions were simple, managers are nice. Couldn't repeat what others said; made you look like you didn't have anything to say.
