Direct supervisors for call center employees is non-esistant. No idea who I directly reported to, no one is available to help or answer questions at most times.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at L.L. Bean.

    Interview Details

It was a typical interview, lasting about 45 minutes. A hiring manager and a HR person were there at the interview. It was somewhat casual but it is better to be well prepared (or to be witty) for some unexpected questions.. Overall I think it was a good, reasonable, and friendly one.
