    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at LG UK (More than 3 years)

Depending on the roles, being non-Korean can be a massive pro, work less and get paid much better, can be a good place to learn and improve work skills

Political, very hierarchical like an army camp, some very bad people, struggling in the mobile market, wrong business strategy (trying to become a premium brand when the perception in the market is not)

    Advice to Management

Act like a global company if you want to become like one

I applied through other source. I interviewed at LG UK (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England (UK)) in February 2011.

1:1 interview and excel test followed by an interview with a senior manager, however had to wait for a long time to get an offer yet they asked for a quick acceptance
