I worked at LHR Airports full-time (More than 5 years)

I enjoyed working for Heathrow because you could see the difference you made. I was included in the Performance review process even though I was a contractor initially. The other companies I worked for never included contractors, in fact they made you feel like you had leprosy :-( You felt included. It was also nice to be able to dress casually on Fridays and the work/life balance was very good.

The only con I can think of was the time it took me to get to work.

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at LHR Airports (Heathrow, England (UK)) in September 2011.

The process consisted of a telephone interview, an assessment centre and an interview with a Terminal Duty Manager. The assessment centre was in 3 parts, a presentation, a management situation (role play) and a panel interview.
