    Pros

    - quiet and calm work environment.
    - great management.

    Cons

    - quick turnover for consultants.
    - clients that do not renew contracts and therefore lack of work.

    They are nice people. Focused on how unique they are. Process is very long. They key is to know and explain your expertise the the travel and tourism industry. They are very nice people.
