I have been working at LTX-Credence full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Average tenure is 12 years. Impressive in this economy and industry.

People are friendly and nice to work with.

Benefits are competitive and even offer matching on the 401K.

    Cons

Average tenure is 12 years, while it is impressive it also leaves less room for advancement and growth.

Haven't had a quarterly bonus in a year. We're not losing money but we're not making money either. Need to get out of this stagnant and gain market share.

    Coffee sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask for feedback from employee's and act on that feedback. Listen to your employees and hear what they have to say.
