    I worked at LUKOIL full-time (more than a year)


    Nice coworkers, many from Rusia or Moldova. Professional environnement, you have a lot to learn. As an automation enginner you manage to learn also all the flow.


    The management is russian, but they are very good technical persons in general. They are very exigent and you have to do sometimes overtime, you can get time off in return..

    Interview Details

    If you don't speak Russian, forget it. Also alot of 20 year olds who are "high expectation" employees based on who their parents are is an impossibility at the company.
