    Pros

    Great people and great parent company for your resume. Good benefits and excellent compensation for the Midwest. Always changing structure and process so it keeps you on your toes.

    Cons

    Lack of respect for personal time ( not good work life balance), lack of acknowledgement for excellent employees, and not an empowering environment
