    I worked at La-Z-Boy full-time

Great Staff! Co-workers made coming to work enjoyable. It was nice to work with a group of people who really cared about their work and each other. The benefits were good. The company is very family oriented and does a good job with supporting working parents.

Challenging to create a career path. Be prepared to hit the ground running and look for opportunities to create your own career opportunities.

    Interview Details

After applying, I received an email from the hiring manager about a week later, asking for a interview. We set up a date and a time. I entered the store and was very pleased by the products. There were several basic application documents to fill out and I was interviewed by the store manager. The whole process was relaxed and pleasant. Within 45 minutes after the interview, I was offered for the position.
