I have been working at LabCorp

    Pros

Working with Labcorp is wonderful, I'm the type of person that don't like people looking over me, I know my jobs and the things I have to do to get my job done. Their is no one watching me at all times, love it.

    Cons

Really hard to get transferred to another sight, supervisors already has in mind who they want to work under them, really unfair system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure everyone is getting treated equally, and getting the chance to interview for jobs that they have bidded on.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at LabCorp in November 2014.

    Interview Details

I received a call from the local supervisor who supervised 5 draw sites in the county. I set up the interview to meet with him. He gave me papers to fill out which took approximately 30 minutes. Then I spoke with him for a very long time, 2 1/2 hours. He reviewed the company benefits as well as the job description. I thought it went very well. He also asked me some technical phlebotomy questions. I left there feeling very good about the position and the company.

    Interview Questions
    • Technical question in regards to what can go wrong in a phlebotomy setting, and how would I handle a difficult billing question.   Answer Question
