    I worked at Labinal full-time

    Pros

Mostly a "hands off" approach to management, supported by very talented and hard working employees. Very good "team" atmosphere.

    Cons

Taking on too much of the parent company's corporate rhetoric. Becoming less personable and more "propagandized" through HR publications and corporate "workshops".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop talking about and promoting "Communication" as a tool, and actually just communicate. People can get the Google version of the state of the company from the internet, more honest communication on a daily basis in conversations and staff meetings are really what employees are looking for.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Labinal.

    Interview Details

Submitted resume, called back shortly after, interviewed on a Friday and started the next Monday. Had to take a urinalysis within the first week to continue employment. Not a whole lot to say about the whole process as it was very short and relatively easy to complete. They may have a different interviewing process now since Labinal bought out the old company (Harvard Custom Manufacturing). I have interviewed a few people with upper management to help determine who would work well in the area and we did ask a lot more than I was asked. It is still a relatively easy process and pretty relaxed.

    Interview Questions
    • Not many questions, but person that I interviewed with is no longer here. Very generic   Answer Question

They offer as little as possible and you can try to negotiate, but you still won't like the end result.
