    Bad internal communication from senior management, key information are not shared with mid management / employees, leading to confusion, waste of time and money
    Strong political skills are required to be able to last long in this company
    Workload isnt steady

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Move from short to long term vision by actually investing in people and reduce turnover.
    Get middle managers to know what is going on by improving internal communication (newsletters - regular project updates etc).
