    I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Lancaster General in January 2009.

    Interview Details

    Manager called to schedule interview. Took a skills test and had interview, then went home. Over a week later was called with a job offer, then came in to take a drug test and other paperwork. I started the job 2 weeks later with an orientation that took 3 days, then the actual job began.
