    Pros

    This place is really great. The technology is stack is very cool, Java, GWT, MongoDB no-sql. The product is well designed and led by qualified, passionate leaders. Most importantly, I'm excited and proud of the work I do, that undoubtedly has a substantial positive impact on the world we live in and what we leave to our children.

    Cons

    The only con, but it's a very big one, is the health benefits with United Healthcare are beyond dismal. I really can't believe they can even legally call it health insurance, maybe catastrophe insurance, but based on the rates at which they are known to deny claims, I'm not sure it's even fair to call it that. I suggest you be aware, as I was not, what to expect when negotiating your salary, which are already set below industry averages, as you will definitely need to offset the deficiency with your own supplemental policy!

    Advice to Management

    Find a new heath insurance provider.

    HR phone screening followed by phone interview, and then an onsite interview with a supervisor, peer, and HR director. The next step is a phone interview with a VP. Overall, the communication about what is going to happen next in the process has been very helpful. Looking forward to see what else this company has to offer.
