    Pros

Landmark offers benefits, everyone is a team player who works towards common goals, and the company believes in recognition of those whom go the extra mile. They offer on-the-job training, workshops and betterment programs assuring advancement to those whom stay for extended time.

    Cons

While the benefits and other perks make this job very rewarding, the rate of pay isn't always as high as it should be for each position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LandMark always hires from within first. The best way to get in is though a ground floor position and work your way up. The usually advance fairly quickly if you're a person with high skill level.
