    Approves of CEO

This Company has been following me since my last year at the University of Memphis. I did 2 summers internship with them. Even while I was doing my first summer internship in Nashville TN, they let me go play for my National team. Then came back and finished up. When I graduated i did another summer internship in Orlando, FL while the company was getting job. By the end of my internship, I was offered a full time at the Justin Plant in Fort Worth, TX. When I was an intern, my house was paid for by the company and my milage too. The group that I have worked with throughout my experience were very exceptional. I had great mentor, teacher and supervisor that want young engineer to grow in the company. The CEO of the company is the most caring person and with that say Lane is a place to be as far as intergration. This is just tempaoray for me because I am going to play professional basketball with my Cameroon National team and in Spain. I will definetly be part of this company when I stop playing basketball. My heart is tempaory broken just because I will be away from my new family.Lane gave me the opportinuty to define myself and value trust, integrety, culture. I would be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Intergration of young engineers will be beneficial to the company in the long term

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lane Construction (Fairfax, VA) in November 2014.

Met with Lane Construction recruiter at a career fair at George Mason University. I went in understanding that they were predominantly a construction firm and dealt a great deal with transportation construction. Lane's major concern was whether my interest would help benefit their firms goals.
