LBA has generous compensation. They are typically 10% or more over industry standard compensation for Denver. They pay more in order to get higher quality employees. This is one of several reasons they keep growing. (The other reason for growth is they maintain a stable of happy, repeat clients.)
The only downside is they work so hard to please their clients and exceed expectations. Sometimes this takes extra effort, and usually they succeed. So if you are looking to excel at what you do and get better opportunities this company would be a good fit, but if you are looking for a 9-5 job this probably isn't the best fit for you.
Advice to Management
Don't be distracted by architecture trends - keep the focus on the fundimentals: Design, Operations, Quality, Marketing & Sales and sound financial management. This firm just keeps growing and has a bright future ahead of it.
