I worked at Larkburger full-time (More than 3 years)
The company looks to promote management from within which I benefited from when promoted form supervisor to Assistant General Manager in about 1 years time. Unique approach to fast casual restaurants that offers opportunities for people who truly care about serving quality food with real ingredients, there are no commissaries and everything is made in-house. I would highly recommend a career with Larkburger for anyone looking for opportunity and growth in a multi-unit restaurant environment who will always call Colorado home. Benefits included salary, bonus, paid days off, health/dental and vision insurance, and discounted meals.
As with most restaurant jobs, the hours can be demanding and stress can run high. Larkburger sets very high expectations and upper management will be quick to hold you accountable if you don't meet those expectations.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Larkburger.
Interviewed by 2 different people. The whole process took about 2 weeks. Very fast. Questions from Director of Operations were situational and people development driven.
- None of the questions were that difficult. What results can we expect from you within the first 3 months, 6months and a year. Answer Question
There was not much wiggle room. The offer was given and I asked for more money. It was a take it or leave it offer.
Larkburger is a culinary driven, fast casual restaurant concepts with multiple locations throughout Colorado. Larkburger was founded in 2006 after is was inspired from world-class restaurant in Vail, CO, Larkspur restaurant which featured a gourmet black angus burger on their apres ski menu. Founding partners Adam Baker and Thomas Salamunovich, sought to bring their flavors to the masses and so created a casual dining environment featuring gourmet burgers, salads and fries.
