    Pros

    Lars David is a very well run small business that has created a great niche for itself. Their product is well superior to anything else on the market and the company is more then capable of building just about any project. Management is great and owner Joel Davis has a great grasp on how to run a successful & profitable small business.

    Cons

    Fairly demanding workload during the summer season. Managements expectations are high and they hold all employees accountable for meeting them no matter what.

    Advice to Management

    I would recommend making some sort of bonus structure for crew leaders and full time employees. Something along the lines of a certain percentage of the total project if that crew completes it on or before time.
