    Pros

    Laser Technology is not a big company, but its products are sold world widely and various. (Not just North & South America, but also Europe, Asia, and Africa)

    Cons

    Since Laser Technology is a manufacturing company compensation & benefit is not good compare to big Software companies.

    Telephone interview. Lasted about twenty minutes and was moved up a day in the interviewing schedule. Person was friendly and not arrogant which, at least for starters, displays the culture of the company.
