    Associate/Key Holder Interview

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days - interviewed at Le Creuset.

    Interview Details

This interview was relatively easy. Questions were posed regarding sales experience, getting along with others, working under pressure, and availability to work weekends. The Manager interviewed me and she was very nice. We interviewed at a restaurant and she and I were the only ones present. She had my application and no references were required. I had to take the REED personality test which was a bit challenging. The test focused primarily on honesty and personality analysis.
