I have been working at Le Moyne College full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Many, many people who truly care about students... who will go the extra mile to help them. A great tight knit community, but who are also open to new comers.

    Cons

Many employees question about whether the college is staying true to its mission; (ie social justice) what it values, and where money is spent. As with many colleges, financial stressors are real, but some recent budget cuts are impacting quality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be an increased awareness and re-commitment to Le Moyne's mission and Ignatian values. This is what drew great employees to this college. There is a lack of trust in upper administration, and that needs alot of work.
