    Pros

I think it would be pretty hard to find another part-time job that is as fulfilling as this one. Every aspect has positives. Our owners are great! They have the highest level of professionalism and reward their employees for a job well done. It's a great program! Helping students transform their lives feels great! Every student is different, so "transformed" will look different on each one, but these changes can end up touching whole families! How can you not feel good about a job when you are given a chance to help transform a family?

    Cons

I don't feel like there is a down side.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at LearningRx.

    Interview

The interview is intense, but not overly stressful. Upon passing the initial interview, the interviewer extends an invitation to participate in structured training/certification process. The hiring process as a whole requires prospects to put in a considerable amount of time and effort (classroom training, observation, hands on training, and certification exam) upfront before the position is officially offered. However, it is a necessary for the company in order to find really committed individuals, and employees are compensated when hired.
