Challenging and rewarding work, albeit "not for everyone."

    Pros

Outstanding people within a supportive and vibrant culture focused on doing (believe it or not) only good business. Employees can do extremely well here, but not if they expect success to simply fall into their laps. Like anything else, there is no substitute for hard work and dedication. The business model itself is brilliant, and it's always gratifying to find an exceptional attorney, arm him/her with the knowledge it takes to flourish within our network, and then watch as he/she goes on to help so many people in the course of growing his/her business with us.

    Cons

Absurdly disproportionate "bad press" online, and truly because our thousands of satisfied member attorneys almost never blog about their successes (much like our employees seldom do). So it goes with virtually all companies these days, but it's still frustrating whenever you KNOW you've found an attorney who's a perfect fit for our program and then he/she reads something purely negative online that spoils an otherwise mutually beneficial business relationship.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on our online reputation. Maintain the company's renewed focus on positive reinforcements and motivation, and particularly with our most dedicated, talented, and loyal personnel. This company is reasonably "successful," but with the right people in place we can take a serious quantum leap.

    Inside Sales - Membership Interview

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at LegalMatch in February 2014.

    Interview Details

The HR person was great, very nice and professional, interview process smooth, but they gave me an offer letter for a class that started in a different city and state. I turned down 2 jobs, because I have integrity and committed to the company. I arrived to work 15 minutes earlier than requested on the false date promised, no management was there and waited for 45 minutes to be told we made a mistake on location. We will start you in the next class in late may, by a member of senior sales management. "HR will reach out to you in a few weeks, once things are formalized." 3.5 weeks passed, I emailed and called, no response, so I called today, 4 weeks later and HR, who is always polite and professional, explained no new offer letter request had been submitted for me and suggested I contact that same member of senior sales management ,so I did. Below is the email. Draw your own conclusions... but I will say, I think they bring in minorities so they don't get sued and I do not feel the offer letter was genuine based on the information below.

Thanks for the note ____, however we have decided that we will not be extending you a new offer letter and we wish you the best with your future endeavors.

    Hi ,

I hope the email is finding you well. I have not received a new offer letter or a date for when the next training in Austin would be. I wanted to reach out for directions as you explained it would be in late May.
