I have been working at LegalMatch

The office has a very friendly and comfortable feel. All the employees are nice and supportive of one another. I’ve had the ability to transition into another job in the nine months I’ve been working here, which has been a tremendous opportunity for me. Management is very supportive and takes the time to get to know the employees and find out how they can help them in their careers. Overall I’ve had a great experience at LegalMatch.

The only con I could think of would be the location. It would be nice if there were a few lunch spots around or a Starbucks, but we’re limited to the downstairs café and a little restaurant across the street.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I can’t think of any advice I would give to management, I’ve had a great experience with them and think they’re doing a great job.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at LegalMatch in April 2014.

    Interview Details

The interview process was very simple and laid back. Got a phone interview and was aksed about my legal background, education, writing experience, and passion about writing. Answers were very clear cut and they just want to know if you have the basic legal knowledge and passion to contribute to the company. After the interview, I was called in to visit the senior management team and fill out the required paperwork.

    Interview Questions
    • Every question was basic legal background- nothing out of the ordinary that caught me off guard. They just want to know if you have the basic legal knowledge, research experience, and writing ability to contribute in the role I was chosen in.   Answer Question
