I have been working at Lehigh University full-time (more than 3 years)

This work can improves my capability of English speaking, communication and teaching. At the same time, it supports my daily life at Lehigh University.

Teaching Assistantship costs too much time. Sometime, graduate students like me can even not focus on own research work on the teaching days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe more lab schedules for teaching should be made ahead of time. Taking advantages of using professional equipment will save lots of time of teaching assistants.
