    Pros

Good leadership, pay, and work-life balance. Lendio has a great company culture; I highly recommend them.

    Cons

Business strategy shifts, but that has also kept the startup on a stellar trajectory. Theres no real cons I can think of right now.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Lendio (Salt Lake City, UT) in January 2015.

    Interview

If they like your application, you receive a phone call and an mini interview is scheduled. During the mini interview, questions are asked about your job history, what interests you about Lendio, etc. A few days later an in person interview is scheduled. You meet with the Sales for manager or VP of Sales or VP of Operations. A second interview is usually scheduled with either the CEO, CFO or COO or a combination. They want to make sure you fit in with the company culture. If you are extended an offer, they will send you an email with the attached employment agreement and a summary of benefits and compensation. Once you sign and return, you need to schedule a drug test and submit information for a background check.
