I have been working at Leopard Communications full-time

    Pros

Reading past reviews, this Leopard of today is clearly not the Leopard of 10+ years ago. Now owned by Ogilvy and Mather, and with a new CEO (Lisa), this place is filled with so much talent and professionalism. Experienced leadership and account teams that has been in the advertising business for years. Plenty of creative work to be done—ranging from video production and visual identity to sales enablement presentations and more. Working here you get free parking downtown (a rarity), flexibility and WFH options, a good amount of PTO (including the time between Christmas and New Year's, plus all the perks and benefits of working for an Ogilvy company. The culture is great, and the team collaboration is admirable. Respect, professionalism, and creativity rule here.

    Cons

Fluorescent lights. Would like to see more opportunities made readily available for professional development (conferences, summits, etc.).
