    Pros

    The benefits and pay are good...you are offered medical, vision, and dental insurance upon job acceptance. Offers great opportunities for advancement to those who strive to provide service beyond expectations.

    Cons

    Can be a very stressful environment, especially if concierge do not follow through with requests, management needs better training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The idea of the company is truly an excellent one however when promoting team members into management roles please give them the proper training, tools, and resources to aid them in performing efficiently.

    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 6+ weeksinterviewed at LesConcierges in January 2015.

    Interview Details

    Got a call 3 weeks after I applied for an interview. It was completely unexpected & I liked that. No expectations.

    Walked in & no one was at the desk, for me that was no problem, they were busy. It was to be expected. I saw the sign in sheet so I did do.
    As people walked by they had asked if I had been helped, which I thought was nice & courteous.

    I met with the HR specialist & escorted to a conference. The manager begin to ask me to tell him about myself & redirected his line of questioning to ask if I had questions: BINGO!! I loved that!!!

    After an hour of him answering my questions & me throwing in my anecdotes, I was asked to stay for a tour of the office.
