With the LEWIS Passport, every employee, irrespective of role or time served, is given the chance to visit another office in the LEWIS network. As well as meeting international colleagues, experiencing cultures and visiting new cities, it's a chance to see the diversity of PR in other countries, how the media landscape differs and work with a new mix of clients.
What is the Passport Program?
If you're planning a vacation or have scheduled leave, you can extend your trip up to three days by working in a nearby LEWIS office.
Is there a travel allowance?
LEWIS offers allowances to employees who travel under the Passport/Secondment Program. These allowances are intended to cover our employee's food, hotel and travel costs (partially or in full) for the time worked.
The Employee Partner Group
Employee ownership is central to our independent status. LEWIS Partners are employee stakeholders. Every two years, the Group nominates new members, making it truly democratic.
Outstanding contribution, commitment, dedication, passiona and sense of humor are just a few of the attributes necessary to join the Group.
With a 20-year track record of revenuw growth, the Partners make it a point to re-invest 75% of its profits back in to the firm each year.
Our view on training is that it should sit at the heart of the agency. It’s about helping to release the potential of our employees and allowing them to excel at what they do.
Rise is the name we have given to everything about people development at LEWIS. Rise initiatives aim to make us a more creative, effective and competitive company. At its heart are three main aims:

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lewis PR Inc (Burlington, MA) in August 2015.
The recruiter is based in SF and she communicates with the office candidates apply for. Initially, the recruiter took two weeks to follow up for a phone interview. After further consideration, an account executive will contact the candidate by phone. If they like you from the call, they will invite you to an onsite interview, where you will be talking to three members of the team. Interview was very casual and the people in the office are very nice.
