Temporary License - I didn't have to pay for a school. I didn't even know that existed! During the shadowing I was compensated while learning. Classroom training is okay. Control your own destiny - hired on the management fast track and was promoted in 3 months. Make your own decisions.

Was difficult to balance my schooling with it, but I did sign up for full time. Difficult interviews. Can be high stress if you aren't used to face paced environment.

    Advice to Management

Its good to focus on new hires and all, but don't forget about the folks who have been around.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Liberty National Life (Austin, TX) in August 2015.

A short one-on-one meeting, then a group interview. If you made it past this point you were called back to have a one-on-one interview with the agency owner. I received a call for a second interview but declined because after the initial interview I found out the job was more of a sales job and that is not what I was looking for.
