Training was great. Spent two weeks in the office with the laptop trainer learning about products and services. Then one of the Regional Directors went in the field with me and taught me how to do this. My first paycheck was about $1800. The exciting thing for me is that was only about 6 months ago and I've already stepped into the first level of management and have really been able to control my own destiny.

There's no real downside if you're willing to work really hard. The only downside, if any, is that you really control your own destiny, you write your own paycheck. For me, and a lot of people in our agency, that's a pro, but if you're not willing to work I can see how that would be a con.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing because it's changed my life.
