Welcome to Liberty Power!
We started Liberty Power to make it easier for businesses to buy electricity in states open to competition. Energy costs continue to be one of the largest and most volatile operating expenses for companies of any size.
Liberty Power revolutionizes the way customers purchase electricity. We deliver affordable, reliable electricity, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to corporate responsibility. We allow our customers to manage their electricity prices so they can grow their businesses and run their homes.
Liberty Power understands that if businesses can lower and control their electricity costs, they can free up more cash flow for other business purposes. We have designed our portfolio of innovative products and services to empower our customers to do just that.
Our successful growth is fueled by three key fundamentals:
- earning the trust of each of tens of thousands of customers
- the hard work and commitment of each of our team members
- our passion to deliver excellence in every aspect of our business.
We believe diversity is a business imperative and have made it a cornerstone of our organization. We are the only minority-owned, retail electric provider with a national presence. Our team is comprised of individuals from 21 different countries, we have a diverse base of suppliers, and we provide a unique opportunity for our customers to achieve their supplier diversity goals while lowering their electricity costs.
Thank you for your interest in Liberty Power. Let's be Powerful Together.

This Minority Retail Energy Firm Award is presented to the minority-owned firm in the energy industry who has achieved notable success in providing quality products and services resulting in the improvement of the environment, proficiency, and customer satisfaction.
David Hernandez, Liberty Power’s CEO, accepted the award during a private ceremony hosted by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker on December 2 in Washington, D.C.

I have been working at Liberty Power Corp full-time for less than a yearPros
I was a contractor before I was converted to perm. During that time I was witness to the layoffs and the reduced spending. While I feel for the people that were affected by the layoffs unfortunately it is sometimes a necessary evil for a business to survive. However, things are beginning to look up again and I'm hopeful that the trend will continue.
