    Pros

Being paid to do something I would do for free, if I didn't have to work. Saving lives through organ donation is an incredibly rewarding, and unique, opportunity. Engaged and smart co-workers. Engaged and caring management. Excellent benefits, and a real focus on work/life balance.

    Cons

If you're looking to get rich, non-profit healthcare isn't the right place to look. Long hours on call can be rough, if you're a glass half-empty type. There's not a lot of room for upward movement within this agency, but experience in donation will open doors, nationally.

    Advice to Management

Continue to perfect the process so our donor families have the best experience. Continue to perfect our technology and reporting systems.
