Lifesize maintains a cool Austin-esque work culture while also providing a fast-paced environment as a 'semi' start-up.

    Pros

You feel like you're part of their family and people genuinely care about your. There's a lot of great energy and it helps you to step up and push yourself to succeed so you don't let your team down.

    Cons

With recent significant changes, people are now being asked to do more with less. They're focusing some of their resources for short-term gain rather than planning for the long haul.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For such a small company, you still make it difficult to purchase and sell your solution. You over-steer in your corrections internally and instead of listening to your channel and sales, you just change everyone's duties and tasks but you're still asking people to do more with less.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at LifeSize.

    Interview Details

Standard process. Initially contacted by HR for first screen. Then interviewed with hiring manager a week or so later. After the interview, I received no feedback from HR. When I contacted them to ask if they made a decision, I received no reply. No professional courtesy was given even to answer my emails. It was just a big waste of time.

    Interview Questions
    • No difficult questions. I came to the conclusion that the hiring manager had no ideas on what products they were going to develop. Was very evasive when I asked questions.   View Answer
