I walked out of the interview! and i am glad i did that! Here's my story, please read it, it's very interesting. I get a call from HR to schedule an interview, they said they will email me the interview invitation shortly. One day passes and i get no email. I call them back and they say they forgot to send me the invitation because they are too busy! I reach the parking lot and i see that every manager in the company has a parking spot! i have never seen this ever before. I smelled politics! I walk into the interview room. I was told there will be HR lady and the hiring manager. but there was another person sitting there, and then one person walks in after 3 minutes. Anyways, there was no company introduction of any sort, no introduction to the open position. they went on straight to their list of questions printed out. The hiring manager starts and his first question is...what are the three main job tasks of a material coordinator....LOL..isn't this a question they are supposed to tell me about? if they looked at my resume carefully, they would know that i never worked as a material coordinator! then he starts asking me warehouse type questions, if there is a shortage in the assembly line, what would you do. i have no exposure to working in assembly like. I immediately realised this is not the company for me and there interview process sucked! i walked out...without wasting anyone time anymore.
