    Pros

Benefits are above average, education and training on the job are excellent (Linbeck has great process and procedure with cutting edge initiatives), great leadership at the board level (Leo Linbeck III inspires his company well, and is a great guy on top of it all)

    Cons

Unfortunate politics up upper management level, bonus structure seems a little skewed/unfair (other companies pay higher bonuses at the lower to mid-management level)

    Advice to Management

Keep up the transition to become a top-tier construction company (with professional infrastructure and policies at all levels)

    Interview

Casual interview process at school settings. Interested in your experience and drive. The career path you would like ( PM or Field). Most likely more than one person will be interviewing you. Best way to get an interview is to attend a career fair.
