I have been working at Lindblad Expeditions full-time (more than a year)

Great employees, both crew members and staff. Fun work environment, paid travel to and from the ships. Opportunity to take trips on other ships in fleet.

Lower pay compared to other expedition cruise companies, some cases of micro-managing and miscommunication through the ranks.
