    I have been working at Linden Lab full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great people to work with, remotely. Excellent communication infrastructure. Excellent pay and benefits.

    Cons

    No direct path for growth. Little to no chance of raise. You have to look outside of your department for opportunities.

    Don't forget about the Moonlab!
