    Pros

    Excellent sales team has good management of car sales team. Good Product knowledge, excellent sales team. Top of the line products on the lot.

    Cons

    Lack of training skills, they should teach new car salesman better, and spend more time giving advice to make more money selling cars on the lot.

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Lithia Motors (Houston, TX) in February 2015.

    Interview

    Walked into the dealership and asked to speak with the sales manager and we sat down within 10 minutes of me being there. I sat down and talked to the sales manager for a bit and then he turned me over to the service manager since i would be in service and we sat at a desk and did the interview and then he gave me the information i needed to come and take my online assessments and paperwork the following day.
