    I worked at LivePerson full-time for more than 10 years


    Progressive leadership. Highly talented pool of people. Lot of opportunities to travel. The company has a solid business model and track record. Experienced new leaders have vision for ushering in next stage of growth.


    Distributed workforce brings in lot of inefficiencies and some accompanying unhealthy politics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    People travel a lot. With advent of google hangouts and other collaboration software, perhaps consider reducing travel. I suspect a good bit of travel can be reduced resulting in lower cost and higher productivity. However, one of the key differentiator with Liveperson is enabling face to face connection. I think it is being pushed to extreme hurting productivity and timeline.

    I applied online. The process took 1 week - interviewed at LivePerson.

    Interview Details

    Started with a phone screening by HR and then was invited for a technical interview which included 4 people. The interview included a written test covering HTML,CSS,Javascript,UNIX commands and SQL. They were asking about projects that I have done in the past and if I have any problems with long hours.
