    Not making weapons or living off Government contracts like most local employers
    They employ up to date technology like C++, UML
    They take good care of their employees
    Lots of very smart people to work with


    Leadership feels like a good old boy network.
    Suspicion of favoritism based upon religion/culture
    Too much authority given the technically deficient Project Engineering team, resulting in unreasonable schedules.
    Horrible unproductive open office environment
    They hire contractors for the fun new work, give the less challenging maintenance to employees
    They don't promote well from within, most managers are hired in vs being grown.
    Pointless random drug testing.

    Advice to Management

    Fire some of the worst VPs
    Promote from within
    Use employees for the new development work vs contractors
    Ditch the drug testing

    I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at LiveTV (Jf Kennedy Ap, NY) in February 2014.


    Easy, Straight Forward, No tricks, Good understandable questions, they are relaxed and make you feel relaxed. They want to get to know you better on the inside and see if things such as your personality morals, techniques,mindset are what they are looking for. Take your time, think before speaking and answer. Note* They do administer an exam to see if your knowledge is up to par so get the electronic and avionic books and study the basics and you are sure to pass.

    • No difficult questions. They give you time to think about it. No pressure at all.   Answer Question


    Take the offer don't negotiate unless you have prior work experience pertaining to the job. its great pay for having both you A and P Great way to get the foot in the door.
