    - recognized for hard work
    - good health benefits
    - good quality food
    - good for students

    Cons

    - can be long hours
    - union places restrictions on advancement
    - often short staffed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better work comes from more staff. Impossible to complete tasks to standard is difficult when there is no hours for staff.

    I filled out an application then requested to see the hiring manager. When I met her and she asked me to come in a a few days later for an interview. interview was easy and straightforward, no tough questions. Was offered job on the spot.
