    I have been working at Loblaw part-time for more than 5 years


    - recognized for hard work
    - good health benefits
    - good quality food
    - good for students


    - can be long hours
    - union places restrictions on advancement
    - often short staffed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better work comes from more staff. Impossible to complete tasks to standard is difficult when there is no hours for staff.

    Interview Details

    Very basic telephone interview. Follows a script. Although answer question in pervious question, still ask question. Feeling interviewer was looking for key words in answers. " what experience do you have?" " I have a,b,c."Next question. ". "Have you ever done b?" Uhm, yes.
