    Walk the talk - Exceeded my expectation when it came to Co-Delivery and Associate Development Framework.
    Firm takes a lot of effort to maintain connectedness between the associates. Events like monthly dinners/discussions, quarterly practice meetings and fun team building are excellent.
    If an associate know what he/she want, there are opportunities and open doors for discussion with leadership
    Most importantly, efficient leadership

    Pay is lower when compared with other places.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Loft9 Consulting.

    Interview Details

    Went through 3 rounds of interviews for, in order: culture fit, skills, thought process. The first two are with long-time employees who are currently embedded in companies, to get a strong sense of the company culture and way of doing things, to walk through the resume in detail, and to ask questions in both directions. Prior to the 2nd interview you are asked for a writing sample (an up-to 2 page write-up of a project, process, or analysis you conducted, why, how, and outcome),

    The third interview was with a founder and the Managing Director. It was again somewhat social, a walk through the resume, and then a couple of verbal case studies with time limits and a couple of scenarios / approach questions.

    All interviews were conducted via Skpe or over the phone - nothing in person.
