Current Employee - Programmer Manager in London, England (UK)

I have been working at London Business School full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The staff and student body are very diverse which makes for a very enriching working environment. The opportunities for staff to get experience and progress are very good which compensates for the comparatively lower pay (compared to other UK HE institutions).

    Cons

The management structure is very dense and change can take a long time. Also, the academic culture is a source of frustration to both staff and students.
