I have been working at London Drugs part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great hours and very flexible, as well you can make allot more if you are good with sales the pay is decent and all around atmosphere is good although quite stressful its a job you will most likely be working with for multiple years.

    Cons

It can be challenging as it takes allot of time to get the routine and learn how to deal with customers and vendors etc but other then that its retail so working with some customers can drive u insane but it is just a part of the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If possible raises more frequently as I have been with the company for almost 5+ months and i am still sitting at the same hourly wage that I started with.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at London Drugs in June 2010.

    Interview Details

I was called by the manager and requested to see him for an interview. The first interview took around 20 minutes where he asked me about my skills on photo / electronics. After two days, I was called in again for another group/panel interview where I was given situational scenarios of how to deal with angry customers and how I would react / respond to it. On the same day, I was given an on-line personality test and IQ/Intelligent test which took around 30 minutes to complete. Then I was called in again to submit all my pertinent documents such as proof of residence and tax account number. I was also given a form to fill in references of supervisors that I had in the past.
