The exchange has good values, for example all of the money from fines go to the exchange charitable foundation. The exchange is truly global, with businesses in different areas of finance worldwide. The business seems to be moving in a very good direction, and is moving the right way to becoming the self professed 'most trusted experts in global financial markets.'
I have heard that there are problems with internal recruitment, some very gifted people are not promoted to higher positions within the firm. This seems fairly true as most of the management come from different firms.
Advice to Management
There are some social events, but the management could consider some sports teams, or more general activities for people to get involved with.
