I worked at Long Island College Hospital full-time for more than 10 years

Was a great place to work at one time. Fairly large Hospital with a good staff. It felt like you were with family instead of working.

Went downhill after first Company took us over (Became part of CHP) instead of us being an equal partner. Continued with the State destroying what was left, regardless of what was promised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is no advise, you destroyed this Hospital. You refused to honor Union Contracts. Pay raises were not given. During lay-offs, you cheated Employees out of what they should have received as severance. (Up to 4 weeks severance, when it used to be 1 week for every year there). Same thing with vacation pay, etc.
