I have been working at Long John Silver's full-time (More than 3 years)

Working in a small store it's easy to make friends and know everyone you work with.

Getting paid next to nothing to get yelled at by people because you have to cook their food is not fair. Our cook times go up to 5 minutes and some people just think that yelling makes it cook faster. Way too much stress for the low pay.

    Advice to Management

Lay off the employees a bit. I know you have a business to run but these kids don't deserve this. Take better care of them.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Long John Silver's (Charleston, WV) in November 2014.

You meet with the Manager and he goes over yoy yoy application with you and asks about your availability. They are desperate for employees and its because they can't keep god employees. The turnover is quick with this company and very quick with Charleston stores.
