    Pros

It was a great opportunity I gained a lot of experience being a student worker it was a paid position it gave opportunity to advance met lots of great people

    Cons

Part time so no benefits no overtime pay overworked on busy court days sometimes had to file papers in case folders or traffic tickets for 6 hours that can get boring supervisor favored employees and gave them the good work

    Advice to Management

They should treat every one as equals and no favoritism teach more instead of put to do just that one thing file and be told I needed to learn alphabetical numerical filing which is not hard at all
