I have been working at Lotus Business Solutions full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Coworkers are like family and you are presented with a lot of growth opportunity. I've been lucky enough to have worked with LBS for months now, and I can honestly say, cheesiness aside, that I have never felt more at home or happy to be a part of a company that actually cares. I graduated over a year ago and was terrified I wouldn't find a job I love. I didn't want the typical job where I only worked for the paycheck, go home at the end of the day, unfulfilled and never challenged.

    Cons

You have to work hard. They have high standards for you and the company. For people who want the typical, non-challenging or exciting career-this is NOT for you.

    Manager In Training Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Lotus Business Solutions in September 2014.

    Interview Details

Everything was very straight forward through the entire process. After I sent in my resume, I got an email from HR asking me to call to speak with them. The HR Manager reiterated the position I applied for and explained further in detail what they're looking for in a candidate. It was roughly a 5-10 minute conversation, and resulted in scheduling an in person interview. The hiring manager I met with was very nice, very thorough, and explained everything so that I understood the position, expectations, growth, and interview process clearly. I was called later that afternoon to come in for a second interview, where I was able to meet with employees and experience a "day-to-day".
