I have been working at Lotus Business Solutions

    Pros

I enjoy that Lotus Business Solutions is a performance based, no seniority company that has allowed me to grow in a short period of time. I have worked many jobs before where it seemed like there was only so much room to grow. I really like the limitless possibilities that I have at Lotus.

    Cons

If you're lazy this job is not for you. You have to hold yourself accountable for mistakes but the company really encourages us to "fail forward" and constantly learn. The majority of extra time we spend "working" involves doing something fun as well so the few extra hours we put in each week don't really feel like work.

I applied online – interviewed at Lotus Business Solutions.

    Interview Details

I applied for an HR position and received a phone call to come in for an interview for that position. So I made room in my schedule and headed over to their office. Everyone was very nice in the front office. I got called in by the hiring manager, who was also very kind, and she proceeds to ask me questions about myself, very standard interview opener. Then she tells me that the position I applied for has been filled a week ago (I got the interview phone call one day after I applied and then came in the following day) and asks if I want to do sales. This was extremely frustrating as I set aside time to go to an interview for the job I applied for, did not appreciate this at all, a simple phone call would have been fine.
