I worked at Lotus Business Solutions full-time (Less than a year)
Lotus has a great work environment and work culture. It's pretty easy to understand the goals they set forth and the people there genuinely want to help you achieve them. Even as a very new person in the company I was able to get bonuses.
You have to work a demanding full-time schedule. It's hard to move up if you take a lot of time off - they require a lot of commitment from every position.
Advice to Management
Keep giving people the opportunity to hit bonuses. That was my favorite part and I know everyone else I worked with liked them.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lotus Business Solutions (Denver, CO) in June 2015.
The recruiter called me to set up a first round interview. It was very short and then we immediately scheduled a second round interview. When I arrived for the second round interview, an employee took me out to lunch and explained their entire business to me. Excited, we went to the field so I could watch the sales process. After the interview, I was instructed to call the Junior Partner for a third and final round interview.
