    Open to new ideas, quick development iterations, very cool people who were clearly geared toward moving the company forward, flexible work/life and work from home attitude meant they got the most from most of us


    IBM had a few too many hurdles to jump for standard development decisions, the pricing committee was something I could have lived without.
