I worked at Louis and Company full-time

    Pros

Good people. Sap Software Pay is equivalent to job description in each region. Good benefits package

    Cons

Systems don't support the business process right now. Top management disengaged from business. No training for new personnel. Lot of frustration at employee level.

    Advice to Management

Get back to basics of stocking goods and selling. Don't make it complicated.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Louis and Company (Portland, OR) in April 2009.

    Interview

Company uses recruiters when they can so as not to big down the minuscule HR department so it's a long and lengthy process. 2 interviews with hiring manager then more calls and faxed documents to and from the recruiter and corporate hr

    Negotiation

Relocation and salary were both acceptable as written
